Site Manager

Our client, an innovative luxury home builder, is seeking an experienced Site Manager for 4 weeks to lead 2 impressive architecturally designed projects based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to lead a dedicated team and grow their network within a well-regarded, high-end builder.

Start Date est. 29th July.

The Role

As a proactive Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving all aspects of the project forward, including:

• Programming, scheduling and forward planning.
• Providing supervision, coordination and leadership to all trades.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols to ensure worker protection.
• Ensure that projects progress on time and to a high standard.
• Minimal hands-on work required.

About You

• Ideally trade qualified with a strong background in carpentry & understanding of construction methodology.
• Have a minimum of 2 years in the role of Site Manager.
