Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to project completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones.
- Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
- Overlook procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
