SITE MANAGER

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager with extensive experience in oil and gas projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations ensuring project execution meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Candidates must have 10-15 years of experience in similar roles including significant exposure to ADNOC projects. Immediate availability is essential.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead and manage all onsite activities for oil and gas projects ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
2. Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
3. Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and consultants to address site-related issues and maintain alignment.
4. Monitor site progress and prepare detailed reports on project performance, timelines, and resource utilization.
5. Implement and enforce strict safety, health, and environmental policies maintaining a zero-incident culture.
6. Oversee and manage subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
7. Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges in coordination with engineering and procurement teams.
8. Ensure timely and accurate communication between the site and the project management team.
9. Lead site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
10. Support commissioning and handover activities to ensure seamless project delivery.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or equivalent).
2. 20 years of experience in site management for oil and gas EPC projects with at least 5 years working on ADNOC projects.
3. Strong understanding of ADNOC standards and procedures.
4. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale EPC projects in the Middle East.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong knowledge of HSE policies and implementation onsite.
7. Must be immediately available and based in the UAE.
