Site Inspector - MEP & Facilities

• Conduct regular inspections of home service activities such as villa painting, window cleaning, door varnishing, FCU servicing, and plumbing.
• Ensure scheduled home service appointments are met as per weekly targets.
• Verify that services are delivered in accordance with agreed Service Levels and ECM standards.
• Review cleaning and maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with set standards.
• Track and monitor ongoing home service activities effectively.
• Ensure common areas are well-maintained and not misused by contractors.
• Provide daily/weekly reports and updates to management.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure contractors adhere to community rules and enforcement policies.
• Maintain records of job completion and invoice processing.
• Capable of inspecting:70 villas per week (external wall painting, door varnishing, window cleaning).
  500 apartments per week (FCU servicing, plumbing, pest control).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma in Engineering or ITI Certificate (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of Asset Management processes (Preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field (Mandatory).
• Strong technical proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and a strong team player.
• Ability to handle conflicts and challenging situations confidently.
• Efficient in utilizing available resources effectively.
• Experience with software applications for process tracking.
