Conduct regular inspections of home service activities such as villa painting, window cleaning, door varnishing, FCU servicing, and plumbing.
Ensure scheduled home service appointments are met as per weekly targets.
Verify that services are delivered in accordance with agreed Service Levels and ECM standards.
Review cleaning and maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with set standards.
Track and monitor ongoing home service activities effectively.
Ensure common areas are well-maintained and not misused by contractors.
Provide daily/weekly reports and updates to management.
Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure contractors adhere to community rules and enforcement policies.
Maintain records of job completion and invoice processing.
Capable of inspecting:70 villas per week (external wall painting, door varnishing, window cleaning). 500 apartments per week (FCU servicing, plumbing, pest control).
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma in Engineering or ITI Certificate (Mandatory).
Knowledge of Asset Management processes (Preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field (Mandatory).
Strong technical proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and a strong team player.
Ability to handle conflicts and challenging situations confidently.
Efficient in utilizing available resources effectively.
Experience with software applications for process tracking.
