Site Engineer - Steel Structure Installation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer specializing in Steel Structure Installation to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the installation of steel structures on various construction projects throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the installation of steel structures on construction sites
• Interpret and implement structural drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Manage and supervise onsite construction teams
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during installation
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in steel structure installation
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
• In-depth knowledge of steel structure design and installation techniques
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in managing construction projects and supervising onsite teams
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
• Expertise in steel structure engineering and construction methodologies
• Willingness to work on various construction sites throughout Dubai and the UAE
