Implement & Complete the work execution schedules for all projects
Prepare the daily schedule and distribute the work tasks to the teams accordingly
Update the clients with regards to the site progress
Supervising the teams and providing all required technical details
Explaining the shop drawings to the site technicians
Provide technical training to the site technicians on a weekly basis
Maintain tools and machines in good working condition and request wherever tools are required
Carrying out the new site inspections assigned by the site coordinator and submitting the report
Reviewing and submitting the work completion reports after completing the project
Checking clients' emails and taking the required action
Preparing and submitting the bill of quantity to the material coordinator after receiving the confirmation to start the project
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
Strong knowledge of fire safety systems and codes, including NFPA standards.
Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
