Site Engineer (Fit-out) vacancy in Ajman UAE

Avance Globe is a fast-growing indoor firm seeking a detail-oriented Site Engineer (Fit-out) for our Ajman location. This is a great opportunity for long-term employment with room to grow and excel!

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee on-site day-to-day activities and report progress to the Fit-out Tasks.
2. Ensure all on-site employees comply with health and safety regulations.
3. Implement industry best practices and safety procedures.
4. Conduct site evaluations to ensure the site is free from safety hazards.
5. Manage any on-site incidents with utmost care and understanding.
6. Maintain accurate attendance records of all construction site employees.
7. Evaluate daily construction work and recommend improvement actions.
8. Ensure all emergency equipment is in place and functioning.
9. Communicate progress reports to the Building Project Manager.
10. Participate in any on-site meetings or events.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 3 years strong work history.
2. Masters/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Draughtsmanship.
3. 1 year UAE experience.
4. Site guidance experience.
5. Exceptional communication skills and high attention to detail.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while providing excellent customer service.
7. Computer proficiency.
