The Site Engineer is a key role reporting to the Commissioning and Panel Built Manager and is responsible for managing the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules, while providing efficient utilization of resources in accordance with applicable standards. The Site Engineer will be based in Abu Dhabi and will be in charge of scheduling, ensuring all relevant information and paperwork associated with the work order is available.

How You Will Do It
Ensure all relevant information and paperwork associated with the work order / requisition (WRN) supplied by the project engineer is available prior to starting.
Requisition of materials from the store related to work order / requisition (WRN) supplied by the Project Engineer.
Check that the materials issued match the requirements of the work order / requisition (WRN) supplied by the Project Engineer.
Assign responsible personnel to execute the work order / requisition (WRN) supplied by the Project Engineer.
Monitor fabrication work and production schedule, i.e., dimensional check, weld visual inspection, paint thickness check.
Monitor the use of calibrated inspection, monitoring, and test equipment.
Check daily attendance of all personnel under supervision, i.e., clock card, attendance sheet.
Ensure implementation of identification and traceability requirements applicable to the materials, in process and final products.
Assist the HSE Office to ensure health, safety, and environmental controls are effective by reporting any apparent non-conformance.
Required
What we look for
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or similar background.
0-1 year of working experience / internship experience in a similar role.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
