Diploma (Civil), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil)

Nationality: Male

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Interpret construction drawings and communicate instructions to the construction team.
Monitor progress and quality of work on site, and address any issues or delays promptly.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and project documentation.
Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project.
Review and approve construction plans and ensure adherence to building codes and regulations.
Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
Keep updated with industry trends and advancements in construction technology to improve efficiency and productivity on site.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in civil engineering projects in Oil & Gas.
Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Experience in managing and leading a team of construction professionals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address construction challenges.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Physical ability to work on site and withstand demanding conditions.
