Site Engineer - Certified by Dubai Authority

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee the construction of G+1 projects, including villas and custom homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
2. Quality control: Monitor and maintain quality standards, identifying and addressing defects or issues promptly.
3. Progress tracking: Track project progress, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions.
4. Communication: Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues.
6. Safety: Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
7. Problem-solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues, proposing solutions to project managers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Must be certified for at least G+1 by Dubai Municipality.
2. 3+ years experience as a site engineer and/or site coordinator.
3. Preferred to have worked on projects for villas/custom home new builds, renovations, and commercial interior fit-outs.
