Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer (FitOut) to manage and supervise interior fitout projects, ensuring their completion within the required quality standards, timelines, and budget. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the UAE fitout industry and possess a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee and manage all fitout activities onsite, ensuring compliance with project specifications, design, and quality standards.
• Project Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Drawing & Specification Review: Interpret and execute project drawings, blueprints, and BOQs for precise implementation.
• Workforce Management: Direct and supervise site labourers and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety regulations.
• Material & Procurement Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of materials and verify quality as per project requirements.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain site progress records, prepare daily/weekly reports, and communicate project updates to the management.
• Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct site inspections, identify discrepancies, and ensure high finishing standards in line with industry best practices.
• HSE Compliance: Ensure that all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
• Problem Solving: Address onsite issues, technical challenges, and client concerns effectively to prevent delays.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fitout projects in the UAE.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.
• Strong knowledge of interior fitout processes, finishing materials, and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and UAE construction laws.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
