Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects onsite, ensuring that the work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of engineering principles.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing and supervising construction projects onsite
2. Ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations
3. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
4. Overseeing the quality of work and materials
5. Resolving any issues or delays that may arise during construction
6. Keeping detailed records of project progress and expenses

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
2. 13 years of experience in a similar role
3. Strong understanding of engineering principles
4. Excellent project management and organizational skills
5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
6. Good communication and interpersonal abilities
7. Knowledge of building and safety regulations
8. Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and Navisworks
9. Proficiency in creating 3D models, Piping Isometrics, GA drawings, and Piping Layouts
10. In-depth knowledge of Piping BOM, MTO, and Piping Material Specifications (PMS)
11. Familiarity with piping support systems and basic understanding of stress analysis
12. Solid understanding of P&ID for boilers and power plants
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions
14. Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide a team towards successful project completion

Education:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the design stream.
