Site Coordinator - ILF Beratende Ingnieure

Lead the implementation of project plans ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, identifying any deviations and proactively addressing issues to prevent delays.
Implement quality control processes to ensure that project activities adhere to approved plans, specifications, and industry standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship adherence to design and compliance with project requirements.
Manage and allocate resources including personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal project performance.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of required resources.
Monitor project expenses and expenditures ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and addressing any concerns related to site activities.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success and develop strategies to mitigate or manage them.
Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and changes in project scope.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, progress reports, site visits, and communications.
Generate comprehensive reports for clients and internal teams detailing project status, achievements, and challenges.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations onsite.
Promote a culture of safety awareness among project personnel and enforce safety protocols.
Prepare and write the MOM of the periodic meetings to follow the construction works progress.
Support with all the required documentation to achieve Mechanical Completion Certificates (MCCs), Ready for Commissioning (RFC) Certificate, Ready for Start Up (RFSU) Certificate, and Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC).
Prepare and issue construction snag list and closely monitor the clearance of list items within a reasonable period.
Provide the following deliverables but not limited to:

1. Monthly Progress report.
2. QA/QC reports.
3. HSE reports.
4. Completion Report of Connections works.

Ensure the construction supervision in order to carry out the project execution on schedule and in accordance with the project specifications.
Attend meetings with Clients, Third Parties, etc.
Attend all the Company-organized training courses when invited.
Awareness of Company’s QHSE Policy and Integrated Management System. Be aware of and obey the Company QHSE rules and perform the activities required by relevant procedures on these issues.

Application Requirements:

1. Have proven experience as a Site Coordinator, Site Manager, Project Manager, or related role within consulting or construction.
2. Have project management certification (e.g. PMP) preferred.
3. Have strong understanding of project management principles, construction processes, and industry best practices.
4. Have excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Be effective in leadership and team management abilities.
6. Have proficiency in project management software and tools.
7. Have the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and dynamic environments.
8. Be familiar with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
9. Have proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
10. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with project stakeholders.
11. Have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
12. Have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
13. Be proficient in MS Office and in using relevant software applications for project documentation and communication.
14. Have more than 10 years of experience in site supervision/construction works.
15. Have a civil engineering background.
16. Be familiar with onsite operations.
17. GCC/UAE experience required.
