Job Details:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience working in a contracting company, especially in the maintenance field (Only in the UAE).
2. Sufficient computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.).
3. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
4. Driver's license is a must.
5. Handle projects from A-Z as a contractor, including coordinating and supervising labor, drivers, subcontractors, etc. on a daily basis.
6. Generating reports required to complete projects (NOCs, daily/weekly reports, material approvals, etc.).
7. Manage teams of civil engineers, foremen, laborers, etc.
8. Visit new sites for surveying and preparing the BOQ.
9. Oversee quality and safety of site works.
