Job Description:

5+ years of experience at a relevant technical position in large organizations.

Banking background with:

1. Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
2. Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in:
1. Application troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
2. Application performance tuning and optimization.
3. Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA.
4. Proactive monitoring and incident analysis.
5. Workflow maintenance and configuration.
3. Experience in handling interface-related issues and good knowledge about Middleware systems like Bawaba/Open API/Micro Services.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Good knowledge in Java-based applications.
2. Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture.
3. Good knowledge in Siebel Administration, Workflow Configuration, EAI, and Siebel Tools.
4. Hands-on experience on Siebel EIM Module.
5. Hands-on experience in Unix Commands.
6. Very good knowledge in Oracle - SQL & PL/SQL.
7. Experience in OBIEE, Informatica & DAC will be an added advantage.
