Shutter Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to evaluate the condition of shutters and identify necessary repairs or replacements.
• Install and configure various types of shutters, ensuring they meet safety standards and function optimally for clients.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on shutter systems, promptly addressing any malfunctions to prevent further issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to safely and efficiently repair or replace shutter components.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or mechanical fields preferred for foundational knowledge.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in shutter installation or repair, demonstrating a strong understanding of various shutter systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions on-site.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles to enhance communication and relationship-building skills.
