To supervise, monitor and coordinate the store operations in a manner that will optimize the market share and savings, improve efficiency, help to achieve the mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service.
Salary: Dhs. 5,000 + Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
Store Operations
Effectively execute store operating routines.
Execute the opening and closing routines of the showroom as per the procedure.
Achieve the sales turnover & gross margin as per the requirements.
Ensure the best customer service standards in store.
Maintain the basic standards of the Store at all times.
Ensure that the merchandising standards and pricing standards in store are well maintained.
Adhere to the back-office area standards.
Implement safety & security processes.
Ensure that the store is clean, neat, and tidy.
Stock Ordering
Place all orders from the warehouse before running out of stock.
Replenish stock on the shop floor.
Supervise the garbage removal process.
Contribute to maximum filling rate on the shop floor.
Accountable for arranging for sold out items to be packed and sent for on-time deliveries.
Responsible for goods receiving completion.
Create TR documents and follow up on TR closure within 48 hours.
Staff Wellness & Development
Contribute to training and development activities.
Assist in daily scheduling and annual leave planning.
In charge of time attendance and reporting in the store.
Perform special assignments as given by the head of the department.
Knowledge, Skill & Competencies Required:
Preferably a degree in retail management, business studies, or equivalent.
4 - 5 years team leader experience in the retail industry.
Team building, good interpersonal skills, people management, decision making, multitasking, optimistic.
