Responsible to attend clients who visit the showroom and should have a good knowledge of products.
Duties and responsibilities:
Reports to Showroom manager.
Showroom sales executive must attend and greet clients as they enter the showroom in a courteous attitude and provide the necessary inquiries by introducing the products in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Upon the client's request, the Showroom sales executive must provide a quotation to the client through the IFS system. Moreover, advise the client that material availability will be confirmed with payment commitment only.
Once the client approves the quotation, a minimum down payment of 40% is required in order to reserve the materials in the system, and the balance payment is required before issuing the delivery order and invoice.
Availability of the selected product must be clearly advised to the client on the spot or, in some cases, after a written confirmation from the supplier that does not exceed three working days.
The client must be notified of product delivery or delay with an explanation of the cause of the delay.
Showroom sales executive must follow up with clients who have been given a quotation and have not responded by contacting the client to find out their wants and needs. Furthermore, suggest an alternative if the reason was due to unavailability of the required materials or if the prices were over their budget.
Provide the client with necessary design through our designer for bathrooms/living rooms free of charge if the client purchases a complete package; otherwise, as advised and directed by S/M or B/M.
A monthly total quotations report must be provided to the showroom manager on the 5th of each month.
Sales Support will handle all data entry work related to sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
Showroom sales executive must explain to the client the company’s policy written on the back of the quotation and get his/her signature to confirm their acceptance of terms and conditions and to indicate the delivery date required by the client to avoid stock allocation congestion.
It is the Showroom sales executive's responsibility to ensure all clients have been attended to courteously, and customer satisfaction is a priority. Moreover, offer the clients a choice of refreshments.
Showroom sales executive will ensure all displays are up to date and price tags are available on each booth or panel. Otherwise, this shall be reported to the showroom manager for necessary action.
Skills:
Experience in Ceramic Tiles, Sanitary Ware, Kitchens/Wardrobes, or Marble in the same position.
