Showroom Receptionist

Purpose of the job

Responsible for coordinating the front office desk and handling customer queries. Carry out activities for hosting customers in the Peugeot showroom.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet, escort, and seat customers while offering refreshments (tea/coffee).
• Enquire and understand customer queries related to vehicle type, model, and specifications.
• Hand out vehicle brochures and specification cards to customers.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure satisfactory responses to customer queries.
• Assist customers in filling out forms related to basic information and contact details to obtain demographic information using a computer system or log sheet.
• Notify the appropriate sales executive that a customer is waiting or introduce the customer to the sales executive, thereby transferring the showroom sales lead.
• Provide basic information related to accessories/value-added services and transfer leads to accessory/sales executives for detailed discussions.
• Promote the organization’s services and facilities when requested.
• Escort or remain in continuous contact while the customer is in the showroom.
• Wish the customer before they leave the showroom and enquire if their visit was satisfactory.
• Collect feedback from customers regarding their visit and whether all queries were adequately addressed.
• Coordinate with sales colleagues to ensure all pending responses promised to the customer are addressed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with support staff to maintain the showroom in a presentable condition (including ensuring models on display are cleaned and brochures are available).
• Promote harmonious relations in the showroom.
• Attend and participate in daily briefings and meetings regarding overall operations.

Experience

1 year required. Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
