Showroom & Export Sales Manager– Lighting & switchgear

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the display and presentation of products (switches, sockets, switchgear, LED lighting) in the showroom.
2. Ensure the showroom reflects the latest products.
3. Train showroom staff to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
4. Stay updated on the features, benefits, and technical specifications of products like switches, sockets, switchgear, and LED lighting.
5. Manage export operations, including market research, pricing, and logistics.
6. Coordinate with international clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
7. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products or orders.
8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the electrical products.
3. In-depth understanding of electrical products like switches, sockets, switchgear, and LED lighting.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
