Short-Form Video Editor (Remote)

Hi, I'm Shan and I'm currently building my personal content team. I am the founder and CEO of Genflow, an agency which works with the world's biggest creators and brands. My clients include Logan Paul, Iman Gadzhi, Leana Deeb, Ali Abdaal, Chris Williamson, Gymshark, Spotify, Dior, and many others.

We have a team of over 100+ across our London, LA, NYC, and Dubai offices.

We are a fast-growing, ambitious company that has achieved so much already, but knows there is still so much more opportunity to go after, which is why I am building out a high-performing personal branding team to support me in building my audience and delivering our message across my social platforms.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a driven and experienced Short-Form Video Editor to join Genflow. You will be responsible for editing all short-form content for Shan, Genflow's CEO, across key social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

If you are a talented video editor who loves anything and everything short-form, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit all short-form content for my personal brand.
2. Understand social media content and what type of editing works.
3. Ensure all content is edited to a professional standard and meets creative briefs, technical specifications, and brand guidelines.
4. Manage media assets, file storage, and versioning throughout the production cycle.
5. Perform colour correction, audio levelling, and basic post-production effects as required.
6. Work with Adobe suite and can work with simple motion graphics video platforms (e.g., YouTube).

Ideal Skills + Experience:

1. Previous experience creating content for social media.
2. Advanced in Adobe Creative suite - especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop OR Davinci Resolve.
3. Creative mind and storytelling skills.
4. Worked for 1-2 years in a similar role.
5. Ability to work under pressure on a number of assets at the same time whilst maintaining high-quality output.
