Shop Manager - Melting Shop

Responsible for the operation of the department and provide leadership for the performance of the department. Setting machining shop goals aligned with the company's goals and confirming KPIs.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Experience running an organization of 50+ employees
• Additional experience in ingot making, forging, casting is preferred
• Knowledge of thermodynamics for melting & refining
