Shop Manager - Machining shop

The machining shop manager leads people and the machining process, overseeing the activities of machining.
The shop manager should direct team activities with the goal of manufacturing the best possible products on-time while maintaining quality standards.

Required Candidate Profile

1. More than 15 years of experience in a machining shop or machining engineering role.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
3. Strong understanding of machine tools (Turning, Milling).
