Responsible for the operation of the forging shop, establishes operational goals and key management indicators, supervises performance, and demonstrates effective leadership. Establish departmental operational objectives linked to company objectives.

Required Candidate Profile

Experience: A person with more than 15 years of experience in forging.
Knowledge: Understanding of forging products, steel materials, and processes.
Risk Assessment Skills.
