SHOP ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide a quality service to all customers visiting the shop.
2. Help the customer to select items based on his / her needs and desires and try to convert his / her interests into sales.
3. Maintain updated knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment exchanges, and answer customers' questions regarding the store, its items, and the promotions.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of working experience is required. Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Art & Design, Sales & Marketing, or similar fields. Female applicants are preferred for this role.
