Placement Summary:

We are seeking a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills. Prospects must be able to assist in monitoring and all visitors to the company by handling office jobs, providing polite and professional support. Administrative Assistants must be comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office, communicating via email, performing basic office tasks, and excelling at both verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities:

1. Handling workplace tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and setting up for meetings.
2. Issuing and monitoring invoices, quotations, and orders using company templates.
3. Managing outside suppliers for retail, handling orders, stock takes, and payment processes.
4. Responding to the business hotline and providing company information while maintaining polite and professional communication via phone and email.
5. Creating and maintaining a filing system.
6. Acting as the point of contact for internal and external customers.
7. Supporting in the coordination and implementation of onsite events.

Requirements:

1. Prior administrative experience.
2. Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multi-task.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
4. Very detail-oriented.
5. Must be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
6. Experience in a retail organization is a plus.
