As a Shift leader, you will lead a team of Bell Attendants, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while fostering a fun and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure seamless operations within the guest relations department, exceeding guest expectations at every touchpoint.
2. Lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and resolving inquiries promptly.
3. Take responsibility for tasks and ensure timely, professional completion.
4. Support departmental goals and consistently achieve hotel targets and initiatives.
5. Manage resources effectively, including cost control and inventory management.
6. Foster strong relationships while promoting company values and culture.
7. Ensure compliance with regulations and implement best practices for due diligence.

Requirements:

1. Experience in Bell Desk operations in a supervisory role in 4 or 5* Hotel/s in the UAE.
2. Hands-on, proactive approach with a Yes I Can! attitude.
3. Passion for outstanding guest service and team collaboration.
4. Creative problem-solving and initiative-taking skills.
5. Integrity and a commitment to excellence in hospitality.
6. Familiarity with IT systems is an advantage.
7. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
