Shift Leader

Shift Leader will be responsible to ensure production area is safe to work, productive and achieving all targets (OEE, Wastage, 5S & GMP)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with Team Leaders and Machine operators on a daily basis for preparing daily action plans and recommendations.
• Ensure health and safety of team members throughout the entire production process in coordination with QA & Food Safety supervisor.
• Lead the production lines and ensure product quality as per standards.
• Ensure all reports and quality checks and implemented as per standards.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly production and performance reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4-5 years of maintenance experience in the beverages industry.
• Production planning and execution skills
