Sheet Metal Fabricator

Sheet Metal Fabricators will be in charge of running metal fabrication machines such as bending machines, punches, presses, and laser cutters. Schedule would be Monday-Thursday 7a-5p. Must have experience in previous sheet metal production.
Responsibilities include:

• Operate and set up machinery, including Laser Cutter, Trumpf Punch, Brake Presses, CNCs, Lathes, Endmills, Pipe Benders, and Wire Benders.
• Produce precision components for cleanroom equipment following drawings and specifications.
• Utilize efficient programming.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes.
• Uphold commitment to precision, reliability, and quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in a metal fabrication environment.
• Must have experience running press brake, punch press, laser cutters, and other fabrication machines.
• Ability to read shop drawings/blueprints to make precision pieces.
• Ability to set up machines from stored parts programs.
