Services Representative

Job Responsibilities

1. Commissioning, Startup and Preventive & Corrective Maintenances of UPS and PD systems.
2. Technical reporting to customers and the company.
3. Clarify and explain the technical problem and resolution to nontechnical customers; high communication skills required.
4. Provide basic training to customers.

Qualifications

1. BS in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent field experience.
2. 4 to 6 years industry experience including a minimum of 12 months power experience with hands-on working on 415 ac 3 phase and/or 800V dc equipment.
3. Proficiency with hands-on electrical troubleshooting skills and UPS components knowledge.
4. Requires high attention to detail and root cause problem resolution.
5. All work product documents must be publication/presentation worthy.
6. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, required to overcome unforeseen challenges quickly and effectively.
7. Work effectively as a team member and individually.
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. MS Office proficiency and quick adoption to digital tools and upgrades.
