Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to support the onboarding of the General Services stream in ServiceNow. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow functionalities to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for onboarding General Services into ServiceNow.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations and business stakeholders to define and refine processes, workflows, and service management practices.
3. Design and implement best-practice solutions on the ServiceNow platform ensuring that the General Services stream aligns with organizational goals.
4. Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements.
5. Act as a liaison between the business teams and the technical team to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
6. Analyze data and provide recommendations for system improvements and process automation within ServiceNow.
7. Support ServiceNow configuration and customization based on the requirements of the General Services stream.
8. Oversee testing and ensure that the system meets business expectations.
9. Provide training and user support to business users during and post-implementation phases.
10. Ensure project timelines are met, managing risks and issues proactively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; B.Tech is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis with at least 3 years of experience specifically working on ServiceNow implementations.
3. Proven experience with ServiceNow, especially in ITIL processes.
4. Experience working on ITSM / HRSD / ITOM / GRC / ITAM, etc.
5. Strong understanding of ITIL processes, Service Management frameworks, and best practices.
6. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
7. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Experience in leading teams with the ability to mentor and guide junior business analysts.
9. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
2. Experience in working with clients in the UAE or the Middle East region.
3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.
