Are you a professional Service Technician looking to advance your career within the automotive sector? We are seeking a highly experienced Service Technician with a strong background in the automotive industry to join our Service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify mechanical problems, often by using computerized diagnostic equipment in line with brand process.
• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Dealership and Factory Standards & Instructions (ELSA, TPI & DISS) to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Advisor and Team Leader regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction in line with brand process and perform repair, if authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-function inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of customer vehicles.

Requirements:

• Education: High Diploma in Mechanics. Brand Basic Qualification Certificate
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar position with our brand
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential
• Software: Computer Literate
