Service Technician

Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.

Preventive Maintenance:

1. Regular and timely plan preventive maintenance to meet Health Authority/Quality Control policies and regulations.
2. Ensure that all preventive maintenance is done for all machines.

Machine Installation:

1. Installation of all the products trained on.
2. Arrange pre-installation requirements for free commitment or local supply of Instrument ordered.
3. Ensure that the machines are installed properly to avoid any issues with the customer.

Machine Breakdowns:

1. Regular and timely corrective actions for breakdown calls.
2. Arrange deliveries of spare parts received in stimulating time.

Trainings:

1. Attend the training when scheduled / required.

Administrative:

1. Timely filling of the weekly report.
2. Support service coordinator in the preparation of the Health Authority/Quality Control documents for new installations.
3. Update the database of instruments with the service coordinator.
4. Coordinate with Sales team regarding the technical information and pre-installation site visit.
5. Share any appropriate sales lead/info with Sales team.

Reports:

1. Weekly Reporting to Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: Diploma in Biomedical Engineering (or relevant).
2. Experience: 2+ years experience related to biomedical field.
3. Job Specific Skills: Effective Communication skills & Good English - Time management skills - Problem Solving Skills - Excellent computer skills in Ms. Office – Ability to work under pressure - Customer Centric personality.
4. Additional Details: Candidate should be based in Abu Dhabi (UAE) and have a valid driving license.
