Work under the guidance of the Service Branch Manager.
Liaise with clients to hunt new clients, negotiate maintenance contracts for Non-Otis recoveries, ensuring all potential client risks are addressed under the renewal terms.
Execute sales strategies to recover lost units, and actively pursue clients to ensure unit recovery to OTIS portfolio.
Prepare estimates and issue quotations for recovery and recapture jobs.
Ensure critical actions are taken and completed in a timely manner on all contracts.
Develop a strong relationship with clients by regularly engaging with key contacts and understanding their needs.
Coordinate with the Aftermarket and Service Department to ensure that the terms and conditions of all maintenance/repair/modernization agreements are implemented.
Assist the Finance Department with the timely collection of payments based on contracting agreements.
Maintain and update the maintenance contracts database in the system and provide periodic reports from this and other relevant sources to show the latest status of all contract activity.
Execute sales operations with strict compliance to the quality procedures & ISO policies of the company.
