Oversee the assembly and installation of water treatment equipment, including RO, UF, STP, ETP systems, filtration units, and chemical dosing systems.
Evaluate the plant status prior to commissioning start as per the approved design documents.
Supervise site team to perform the required installation and commissioning activities according to the project schedule.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on water and wastewater treatment systems to prevent equipment breakdowns.
Conduct process commissioning, functional performance, and reliability tests for equipment and plants.
Supervise control panels, PLC, and SCADA testing and commissioning.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients regarding the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of water treatment systems.
Act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
Plan, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for the maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant, including repair and installation of all electronic, electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment.
Maintain detailed service records, including maintenance logs, repair documentation, and water quality test results.
Coordinate with other engineers, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate and execute testing and the full life cycle of onsite commissioning activities with tight deadlines and in line with specified equipment requirements.
Monitor progress and record all test results, witnessing final tests and acceptance of equipment and completion of all documents.
Identify problems and shortcomings with existing systems and provide advice on operational procedures.
Conduct water sampling analysis, monitoring, and suggest water management programs for boilers, cooling towers, chillers, and potable water systems.
Visit client sites, sample water, and conduct different types of analysis.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or related field) with 4-5 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the water technology industry.
