Service Engineer

Designation: Service Engineer

Location: Dubai

Duties & Responsibilities: -

• The aim of this role will be to provide service, maintenance, repair, and installation of welding & cutting products along with educating our customers/distributors/agents with their welding and cutting product techniques and to be able to generate after sales revenue.
• Repair and troubleshooting:
• This role will ensure servicing is completed to a high standard within agreed timeline with direct and indirect customers.
• Provide alternative solutions to customers to solve their short-term cover if repair cannot be
• completed on time.
• Provide proper diagnostics to find root cause of the problem.
• Advise to change only defective item, not the full system.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering discipline
• A minimum of 5 - 7 years as a service engineer in Welding and Cutting Industry
• Excellent communication skills in English are required and any additional language skills would
• be an advantage
