Job Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of company products and systems at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, providing effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of equipment.
- Provide on-site training and technical support to customers.
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports and documentation for all service activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and potential upgrades.
- Maintain a well-organized inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for service operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to the products serviced.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in service engineering or a similar field.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
