Otis is expanding, and we're excited to announce an opening for a Service Engineer within our Field Service team, covering the Sharjah & Northern Emirates territory. This role reports directly to the Service Operation Lead. The key responsibilities include:

1. Managing day-to-day operations such as PPM, callbacks, and repairs.
2. Overseeing hour and material costs per unit.
3. Conducting regular audits and generating detailed audit reports, including repair lead quotations for recommended modifications.
4. Managing third-party inspections.
5. Ensuring increasing the portfolio units within the assigned route.
6. Organizing training sessions and engagement activities for field staff, which encompasses employee selection, field training, and safety.
7. Spearheading operational efforts to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronic) or equivalent with relevant work experience (at least 5 years).
