Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of company products and systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, providing effective solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of equipment.
• Provide on-site training and technical support to customers.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports and documentation for all service activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and potential upgrades.
• Maintain a well-organized inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for service operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to the products serviced.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in service engineering or a similar field.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to build relationships.
• Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
