Are you a skilled and motivated Service Desk Analyst seeking a new opportunity?

Join our client in Abu Dhabi.

You will be responsible for providing the first level of support to the company’s clients, including responding to incidents, service requests, and tasks.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in related field.
  • One of the following certificates: ITIL V3 or higher, CCNA (Data Center, Routing and Switching, or Security)
  • Good verbal and written communication.

It's a 12-month contract.
