Service Coordinator (Home Appliances)
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company processes & standards.
- Successfully handle the repairs of multi brand appliances.
- Lead a team of service representatives to complete tasks and KPI’s in a timely manner with minimal error.
- Handle delivery & installation team's daily activities and assist sales team & retailer network on daily outbound deliveries.
- Handle Project Delivery clients & installations and monitor installation progress on stage wise.
- Monitor the quality related issues in the new products and highlight with the principals.
- Contribute to the increase of revenue by offering open unit sales to out of warranty customers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Good experience in Home appliances service coordination working in multi-brands.
