Responsibilities
Receive and log service requests from customers.
Schedule and assign service appointments to technicians.
Ensure that technicians have the necessary information and resources to complete service tasks.
Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments at convenient times.
Follow up with customers to confirm service completion and resolve any issues or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of service requests and appointments.
Monitor service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Review and process service reports and invoices.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and escalations.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their service requests.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in computer applications, such as MS Office and service management software.
