Job description

The primary focus of this role is to provide the customer with a positive experience by noting down the jobs required, providing an estimate with job explanation, preparing the job card, following up on the jobs in the workshop, taking approvals for additional repairs, informing the customer of any delays, delivering the vehicle, and explaining the invoice to the customer.

What you will do:

  1. Ask questions and record customer concerns and complaints
  2. Empathize and clarify customer requests
  3. Check workshop situation and promise delivery time
  4. Check and ensure accordance of invoice and work performed
  5. Inform customer after work completion and agree on pick up time
  6. Clear explanation of the job done and invoice and guide to the cashier
  7. Promotion of value added services
  8. Resolution of customer concerns at the earliest time to ensure satisfaction

Required skills to be successful:

  1. Upselling skills
  2. Problem solving

About the team:

The role will report to the Aftersales Manager and you will be working in a dynamic workshop environment dealing directly with Workshop Supervisor, Controller, Foreman & Technicians on a daily basis.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership
  2. Technical knowledge provides up-to-date technical information in response to customer inquiries
  3. Excellent customer service, willing to go the extra mile
  4. Strong English communication skills, Arabic is an added advantage
