The primary focus of this role is to provide the customer with a positive experience by noting down the jobs required, providing an estimate with job explanation, preparing the job card, following up on the jobs in the workshop, taking approvals for additional repairs, informing the customer of any delays, delivering the vehicle, and explaining the invoice to the customer.

The role will report to the Aftersales Manager and you will be working in a dynamic workshop environment dealing directly with Workshop Supervisor, Controller, Foreman & Technicians on a daily basis.
