Service Advisor
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Utilize leads generated through social media networking to convert potential customers.
- Create job cards for customers upon their arrival at the garage.
- Communicate with clients to understand their inquiries and concerns.
- Liaise with the floor supervisor and the floor diagnosing team to identify and address the issues with the customer's vehicle.
- Find the appropriate solution for the customer's car troubles.
- Ensure all necessary repairs and services are accurately documented on the job card.
- Oversee the delivery process of vehicles to customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from lead acquisition to car delivery.
- Adhere to all company and garage rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry in a service advisor role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with social media networking platforms.

Pay: AED2,000 - AED4,000.00 per month
