Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize leads generated through social media networking to convert potential customers.
  2. Create job cards for customers upon their arrival at the garage.
  3. Communicate with clients to understand their inquiries and concerns.
  4. Liaise with the floor supervisor and the floor diagnosing team to identify and address the issues with the customer's vehicle.
  5. Find the appropriate solution for the customer's car troubles.
  6. Ensure all necessary repairs and services are accurately documented on the job card.
  7. Oversee the delivery process of vehicles to customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
  8. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from lead acquisition to car delivery.
  9. Adhere to all company and garage rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in the automotive industry in a service advisor role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is preferred but not required.
  6. Familiarity with social media networking platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000 - AED4,000.00 per month
