We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at a luxury car care centre. This pivotal role bridges the gap between our valued clients and our skilled service team, ensuring every customer experiences unparalleled service and care for their high-end vehicles.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our business, responsible for providing expert advice, coordinating service appointments, and delivering a seamless customer experience that reflects the premium nature of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Understand and address clients’ specific needs, preferences, and concerns regarding their vehicles.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.

Service Coordination

  • Schedule and manage service appointments to ensure optimal workflow and client convenience.
  • Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns, accurately documenting vehicle issues.
  • Prepare detailed service estimates, including costs, timelines, and recommended solutions.

Upselling and Product Knowledge

  • Educate clients on additional services, luxury accessories, and maintenance packages to enhance vehicle performance and aesthetics.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and technologies related to luxury vehicles.

Quality Assurance and Follow-Up

  • Inspect completed work with the service team to ensure it meets the centre’s quality standards.
  • Update clients on the status of their vehicles, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Conduct follow-up communications post-service to ensure client satisfaction.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate records of all service transactions and customer interactions.
  • Process payments, warranties, and insurance claims efficiently.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive or luxury industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive services, preferably with experience in luxury or high-performance vehicles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using service management software and CRM tools.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Knowledgeable about luxury vehicles.
