Qualifications:

1. Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Automobile)
2. Nationality: Any Arab National, Any GCC National, Any European National, Filipino

Job Description:

What would you do while you work with us?

1. Attend/receive/understand customer’s requirements and coordinate with Workshop in completing the repairs and deliver the vehicles to customer satisfaction.
2. Strong understanding of automotive technology to relay information from the customer to the Service Technicians to ensure the vehicle is repaired properly.
3. Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
4. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication expertise.

What are the credentials we would like for our applicants to have?

1. At least 1-2 years experience as Service Advisor with Dealers or high-end/reputed Service Centers.
2. Presentable with good communication, negotiation skills, and good technical knowledge.
3. Graduate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.

Job-Specific Skills:

1. Detail oriented.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
4. Preferable: Valid UAE Driving license is an advantage.
