Are you a customer-focused professional with a strong understanding of automotive services? We are seeking a Service Advisor to ensure customers receive the best possible service while supporting the achievement of workshop targets. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform write-up of job cards, including entering customer details (name, address, phone number, date) and describing customer concerns.
2. Coordinate with the Foreman to assess the required work and prepare job cards.
3. Obtain customer signatures on job cards to authorize service.
4. Make an initial evaluation of warranty coverage or determine if the customer will bear the repair costs.
5. Obtain prior repair approval from customers when necessary.
6. Review customer service history to check for prior repairs related to current concerns.
7. Advise customers on the type of service needed for their VW vehicle.
8. Provide insights to customers regarding their VW vehicle’s overall performance.
9. Coordinate with the Customer Relations Representative (After Sales) to resolve customer complaints effectively.
10. Perform other duties as requested by the Respective Supervisor or Service Manager.
