Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing and Web Design Specialist to elevate our online visibility, enhance customer engagement, and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have expertise in website design, Google SEO, Google SEM, marketing through WhatsApp, and email channels.

To boost our online presence and drive sales, we are looking for a skilled and creative professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page Optimization

  1. Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value target keywords.
  2. Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page copy, to improve search engine rankings.
  3. Implement technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile responsiveness.
  4. Collaborate with web development and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website structure and design.
  5. Regularly audit website content and structure to identify and address opportunities for optimization.

Off-Page Optimization:

  1. Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve website authority and domain ranking.
  2. Identify the relevant websites for link-building opportunities.
  3. Monitor backlink profile and disavow toxic or low-quality links as necessary.
  4. Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithm updates to adapt link-building strategies accordingly.
  5. Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and audience intent.
  6. Optimize existing content for search engines, including updating meta data, improving readability, and incorporating relevant keywords.
  7. Conduct content gap analysis and recommend new content opportunities to address user queries and improve search visibility.

Website Design & Development:

  1. Design and maintain an attractive, user-friendly, and responsive e-commerce website.
  2. Ensure seamless navigation, fast loading times, and mobile optimization.
  3. Update content, product listings, and promotions regularly.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  1. Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads.
  2. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.

WhatsApp & Email Marketing:

  1. Develop and manage targeted WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
  2. Create engaging and personalized email marketing content to promote products and special offers.
  3. Build and segment customer lists for effective targeting.
  4. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
  5. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Proven experience in website design and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, or others).
  2. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
  3. Off-Page SEO & Link Building (Know all the strategies of Building Backlinks)
  4. Ensure proper implementation of schema markup, sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.
  5. Troubleshoot indexing issues and provide recommendations for resolving technical SEO errors.
  6. Experience with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
  7. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar is a plus.
  8. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience:

  1. SEO: 1-3 years (Required)
