Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist with expertise in WordPress development to elevate our digital presence, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to create and execute effective marketing strategies, manage WordPress websites, and utilize AI tools to produce high-quality, human-like content.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Manage and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience through regular updates, customization, and troubleshooting.

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance site health.

Utilize AI tools to create engaging, human-like content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and website copy, aligning with SEO and marketing goals.

Plan and manage monthly and weekly social media calendars, ensuring consistency in posting and alignment with overall brand messaging.

Perform website audits to optimize performance, including speed, mobile responsiveness, schema markup, and metadata.

Analyze campaign and SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, providing actionable insights and reports.

Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of creative assets and implementation of SEO-friendly website features.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives.

Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and WordPress development.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and WordPress development with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and email marketing platforms, with a deep understanding of SEO principles and strategies.

Hands-on experience with WordPress customization, including themes, plugins, and optimization techniques.

Ability to use AI tools effectively for content generation, ensuring a human-like tone and high-quality output.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Excellent communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for enhancing WordPress functionality is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.
