The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
2. Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
3. Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
4. Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
5. Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
6. Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.

Ideal Profile

1. Strong attention to detail and organization skills
2. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
3. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Computer Science, or related field
4. Experience in conducting keyword research and performing SEO audits
5. Proven track record in link building and web analytics
6. Strong knowledge of on-page SEO best practices
7. Familiarity with search engine algorithms and ranking factors
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
